If you receive a fish that is DOA, we kindly ask that you contact us immediately, within 2 hours of delivery confirmation. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please provide clear photos of the unopened bag containing the deceased fish.

Upon verification of a DOA case, we will promptly refund the cost of the fish, excluding shipping charges. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we strive to ensure a positive buying experience for every customer.
